This website

This website does not use cookies, ads or tracking scripts, and has no sign-up. The demo form does not send anything to us by itself; it only opens WhatsApp or your e-mail app with your details so you can choose to send them. Downloads are served from Google Drive and are subject to Google’s privacy policy. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard server logs for security.

What the app stores
- Patient, appointment, billing and other clinic records are stored only on
  the clinic's own devices (and in backups the clinic makes).
- DentomyxOS does not send any of these records to us.

What may leave the device (only if the clinic switches it on)
- Online booking add-on: booking requests and the clinic's public details go
  through the clinic's own online-booking server (Cloudflare Worker).
- Update check: if an update address is set, the app downloads a small file
  that lists the latest version. No clinic or patient data is sent.
- Error reports: nothing is sent automatically. Errors are written to a log
  file on this device. If the clinic presses "Send report", an e-mail or
  WhatsApp message is prepared for the clinic to check and send itself.
  Do not include patient details in a report.
- WhatsApp / SMS messages are sent by the clinic's own phone or WhatsApp.

Licence keys
- A licence key contains the clinic name, plan, number of branches/devices
  and expiry date. It is checked on the device; no internet is needed.
